Final Sale Policy

Certain Olivana Studio products may be offered at a reduced price and designated as Final Sale.

Please review this policy carefully before purchasing a Final Sale product.

How Final Sale Items Are Identified

A product is considered Final Sale only when the words Final Sale are clearly displayed on the product page before checkout.

A reduced price or discount alone doesn’t automatically make a product Final Sale unless it is specifically identified as such.

Final Sale Purchases

Final Sale products can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of:

Change of mind
Style or color preference
Ordering the wrong variation
Duplicate purchases
Finding a lower price elsewhere
Failure to review the product description, measurements, materials, or photographs

Please review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Final Sale status doesn’t apply when an item arrives materially damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered.

Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the interior and exterior packaging
Photograph of the shipping label, if requested

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on availability and circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Don’t discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Normal Variations and Wear

Minor variations in color, texture, shape, finish, bead placement, shell pattern, or appearance may occur and aren’t necessarily defects.

Damage caused after delivery by wear, moisture, chemicals, impact, improper cleaning, or failure to follow our Jewelry Care instructions isn’t considered a manufacturing defect.

Cancellations

Cancellation isn’t guaranteed after an order is placed. Once an order enters processing or ships, it can’t be canceled.

Shipping

Final Sale products follow our standard Shipping & Delivery Policy unless the product page states otherwise.

Original shipping charges, international duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and other carrier or customs charges aren’t refundable.

Refused or unclaimed packages don’t automatically qualify for a refund.

Discounts and Price Adjustments

Final Sale prices may change at any time while inventory remains available.

We don’t offer retroactive price adjustments on previous purchases unless required by law.

Promotional codes might not apply to Final Sale products and can be restricted by the terms of the individual promotion.

Limited Availability

Final Sale products are generally offered in limited quantities and might not be restocked.

Adding a product to the cart doesn’t reserve it. Availability is confirmed only after checkout is completed and the order is accepted.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy doesn’t limit rights that can’t legally be waived.

Customers in certain countries or regions may have mandatory cancellation, return, or warranty rights. Where local consumer law conflicts with this policy, the applicable mandatory law controls.
